Be inspired to bring unique, curated items into your space while creating a better world for women to thrive.
Alexandra + Hannah
We met while working together at a nonprofit. Hannah was the store manager and Alexandra started there as Hannah's intern. We bonded over yoga, wine, and a love for Jesus. What started as just a boss-employee relationship turned into a sweet friendship and now a business partnership.
We both feel a call to impact the world around us. Our dream is that Vintage Twenty Nine can truly be used as a vessel for change. Our hope is that you know how important you are in creating this impact.
All you have to do is shop and 10% of all profits will be donated to our featured nonprofit.
Because our mission as a social enterprise is to do no harm at every possible stage in the supply chain, like selling old treasures and using environmentally friendly materials, you can feel confident that every purchase will affect change in the lives of others as well as your own.
We could not embark on this journey without you on board.
FOUNDER + CEO
My story begins with a drive for helping people that led me to attend medical school for a year. After I realized medicine was not for me, I founded Vintage Twenty Nine as a way to express my creativity by making copper home decor. This is where the name comes from, twenty-nine is the atomic number for copper.
When Hannah suggested transforming this business into a true vintage shop as a social enterprise, The fact that we are now able to use Vintage Twenty Nine as a platform to share the love of Christ and positively change the lives of people around us blows my mind.
I am so excited to take part in creating a space where you feel safe and one in which you can express your individuality. My dream is that all our items become a part of the story of your home...not only because they're one of a kind, but because they have a story of hope surrounding them.
Vintage Twenty Nine is the perfect blend of all of my passions. I adore vintage goods and have a heart for serving others.
Philippians 2:4 says "Do not be interested only in your own life, but be interested in the lives of others."
I find so much joy in bringing curated and hand picked items from my home to yours, but I truly believe the most important thing we’re doing is using our platform to highlight those who are serving our community.
I am currently pursuing a human rights degree with a business minor. I believe that both the business community and how we choose to spend our money as consumers are integral in helping shape lasting change in the world around us. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have you be a part of Vintage Twenty Nine’s journey to help make the world a better place.
Join us in changing the world from inside your own home.
